The Schoolroom level pictured, set for 60 guests, with linen accents - a perfect pop of color.
After dinner, provided by the caterer of your choice, the center of the room transforms into cake cutting and the dance floor!
Or the... "Station Style" Reception
Food stations allow guests to roam throughout all the venue spaces and "graze" rather than having one buffet table.
High top tables are repositioned by staff for cake cutting and dancing.

What is the maximum capacity of The Schoolhouse for weddings
The Schoolhouse can accommodate up to 120 guests indoor for your reception. Couples can increase their guest list by adding a tent to the 4 acre property.
While on our property our staff will walk you through your specific details to expand to 150-200 guests.
Can we have a rehearsal dinner at The Schoolhouse?
Absolutely! In addition to the big day, we host rehearsal dinners, bridal showers and bachelorette/stags at the venue. Our team can help plan a beautiful evening that complements your wedding festivities.
Do We Get To Choose Our Own Caterer?
Yes! Our Couples love the freedom to choose the catering options that fit their style and budget! Our suggested "Professional Vendors list" gives you confidence you are working with vendors who know the venue well. Couples may choose food trucks too.
Do you provide day-of planning services?
We sure do! Our team take your details to a whole new level. We have custom planning tools to lower stress and by keeping all your details organized and in one place. Staff stays in touch with you throughout and your final meet about 30 days prior. Together, we review every detail so when your day arrives, you get to relax and enjoy while we execute!
What is the set up process like at The Schoolhouse?
One of the most popular reasons couples book The Schoolhouse is the venue is already gorgeous - so little extra decor is needed. Couples typically personalize with floral, chalkboards, color linen accents, guest book and custom favors.
Are there any restrictions on what Vendors we choose or music we have?
No.You get to customize your vendors and your music. Live music, DJ, or consider a complimentary connect of your playlist to our wireless sound system.
Local noise regulations for outdoor music apply only after 10 PM.
What happens in case of prediction of inclement weather outdoor Ceremony?
The schoolroom level saves the day! We can accommodate up to 80 seated guests for indoor Ceremony with a center aisle. Plus bridal party. Perfect back up plan to weather worries! P.S. The schoolroom level does have AC.
